Kerry Moller integrates traditional talk therapy methods with expressive arts to help individuals and couples work through issues of stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and eating disorders.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in counselling Psychology and a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behaviour from Simon Fraser University, and have extensive training in Coaching and Personal Development from Brian Tracy International.
My interest in psychology and personal growth drew me to the internationally renowned Esalen Institute, where I studied Gestalt Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Group Process Models. I subsequently did a year-long training at the Couple’s Institute in California, and an Externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy at the Vancouver Couple and Family Institute. Disordered eating and Eating Disorders (including Anorexia and Bulimia) have been a major focus of my work for the past decade. I have worked both in treatment centres and private practice, and helped support many individuals on this painful and personal journey. It is a subject that is deeply close to my heart, and I take great pride in helping people recover from what can be a very debilitating illness.
My rich and diverse background in counselling, transpersonal psychology, entrepreneurship and coaching results in a unique blend of depth psychology with the practical insights of personal development and goal achievement. I integrate traditional talk therapy methods with expressive arts to help individuals and couples work through issues of stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and eating disorders.
I am passionate about what I do, and for more than 15 years have been helping couples and individuals create the life they’ve always wanted.
