- Shelley Sullivan is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. She offers compassionate guidance for life transitions and family healing, with special expertise in working with children and adolescents through play therapy and expressive arts.
Tess Wilton
MCP, REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLOR
- Tess Wilton specializes in couples therapy, particularly for those dealing with past hurts, communication issues, and the impact of parenting on their relationship. Tess has personal experience with mental health challenges and uses a strength-based, direct approach to help clients heal, reconnect, and improve their self-esteem and relationships.
Sharon Zack

- Sharon Zack is a therapist who has spent the past decade helping people heal and recover from trauma and abuse, as well as all forms of eating disorders. As a registered clinical counsellor, Sharon has also helped clients with issues related to self-esteem, parenting, and gender and sexuality issues.

Homa Papaie
MCP, REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLOR
- Homa Papei is very skilled at helping children, families and couples navigate family challenges, including childhood fear and anxiety, parenting and overcoming depression. Additional areas of expertise include: disordered eating, relationships, sleep disruption, trauma, injury recovery, chronic pain, anger management and supporting women in abusive relationships. She offers counselling in English, Farsi and Turkish.
VANESSA KEIPERT

- Vanessa has been providing successful therapeutic interventions for almost a decade, helping individuals and couples with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use, loneliness, emotional eating and self esteem. She believe in helping people uncover their innate potential for growl and offers a safe, trusting and non-judgemental space to work through issues and achieve therapeutic goals. Arunima Sharma

- Arunima Sharma is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hakomi, Gestalt, and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). She blends a variety of these modalities into her work with couples, individuals and families struggling with issues including: depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, trauma, grief, intimacy and sexuality, and existential inquiry.

- Chloe is a therapist with over 20 years of experience, and has extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression. She is very skilled at working with couples and helping them get out of the negative cycles that may be perpetuating, and move towards more emotional and sexual intimacy.
