Shelley Sullivan

MA, Registered Clinical Counsellor

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My expertise includes helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum experiences, and the lasting impacts of transgenerational trauma. I provide compassionate support for individuals and families faced with challenging life transitions, such as chronic or acute illness, separation, divorce, and end-of-life care.

For individuals, I offer a compassionate space where you can explore emotional challenges, gain insight into your patterns, and create meaningful change. Whether you are facing a life transition, coping with grief, managing stress, or seeking to overcome long-standing struggles, my goal is to help you cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and the tools you need to live a balanced, empowered life.

For families, I work to strengthen communication, foster connection, and repair relationships during difficult transitions like separation, illness, or end-of-life care. I provide guidance to parents and caregivers, helping them develop practical tools to support their children or adolescents through crises, behavioral challenges, and emotional growth. By fostering open, empathetic dialogue, my aim is to create a healing space that benefits the whole family, empowering you to work through challenges together.

For children and adolescents, I utilize a range of developmentally appropriate approaches, including play therapy, expressive arts, and narrative therapy, to help young people express themselves, build confidence, and develop the emotional skills they need to thrive.

Clients often describe my approach as warm, empathetic, and deeply empowering. Whether you are an individual seeking self-discovery, a family looking to heal, or a child needing a safe space to grow, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will explore what’s holding you back, uncover your strengths, build emotional resilience and work toward creating the meaningful changes you envision.

I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to discuss how we can work together. Healing, growth, and transformation are possible, and I am here to support you on this journey.
